By selecting you agree to the terms and condition on the Twist Service Request Form you are agreeing to pay Twist Technology, LLC's  local hourly rate + any materials for work performed not covered by Twist Technology LLC's  Standard Terms and Conditions or where applicable, Twist Extended Protection Plan.   If the manufacturer warranty covers affected items then Twist Technology LLC will process that warranty as part of the service.
