System presets include Day, Night, Building On, and Building Off and create ambiance and conserve energy. Control and automate shades, thermostats, pumps or fountains based on the time of day, the time of year, and outside temperature. Start generators automatically if power is lost. Provide extra security with light pattern mimicking, creating the look of occupancy when the building is empty. Eliminate the need for long banks of switches by consolidating them into one high-style switch adding to the decor of the building. Monitor all systems easily from one control room, multiple points in the building, or offsite. New construction and retrofit systems are available.Twist provides state-of-the-art camera systems that record 24/7 and store the information in the building or offsite for added security. These systems can be controlled and viewed on any screen inside the building or securely offsite. Doors and gate access is controlled with a wireless keycard system. Easily limit the access of individual key cards by day, time, and different levels of staff.

Corporate Board Rooms serve many roles—from a simple meeting place focused on presentations to a room that establishes the prestige of the company. Command Centers require similar systems focused more on control and the ability to view multiple HD-video streams. Twist provides a range of systems—from simply functional to designed-to-impress. Video projection or multi-screen systems provide interactive presentations or monitor an operation. New technology allows for projectors to be mounted in any configuration no matter the distance. These mounting options with new, super-bright projectors allow this technology to be placed where previously impossible. These new projectors also connect to the Internet and email status updates about bulbs and filters, simplifying multi-unit management. Video and audio connection plates located in-wall, in-floor or mounted in a conference table give any computer the ability to be displayed for everyone to see. New simpler video teleconferencing systems are also available.  Audio systems can be used to reinforce presentations or listen to multiple audio streams simultaneously. Wireless microphones can be added to convey messages easily in larger spaces or to speak directly to the other locations being viewed.Today’s modern conference rooms can include centralized room scheduling systems. These systems can be operated and scheduling can be handled by an administrator or online by any authorized person. Small display screens can be located outside of each room in the hall.
